试管（1）22/08/07-03/10/07

努力了三个月，还是没有消息。先生和我都很着急；中西医都看了，腹腔镜也作了，还是空等待。。。


三个月后的复诊，医生又建议我们做人工受孕(IUI)或试管婴儿（IVF)。对一边输卵管诸塞的我来说，试管是比较好也比较快的方法。于是我们怀着满怀的希望走上了试管这条路。

1) Down Regulation: 22/08-04/09 (14 days)
-> Injection of Suprefact :0.4ml
-> Blood test on 04/09

2) Follicles Stimulation: 05/09-16/09 (12 days)
-> 300iu of Gonal-f and 0.1ml Suprefact
-> Blood test on 10/09
-> Inject of Luveris because of low LH start fr 12/09-15/09

3) Injectin of Ovidrel on 16/09 at 10.00pm

4) Oocyte Recovery on 18/09
-> sedation is needed
-> 6 follicles are recoveried

5) Embryo Replacement on 20/09 at 12.00pm
-> 5 of 6 follicles are good but only 3 embryo grow
-> transfer 3 embryo
-> full bladder

6) 2WW
-> Injection of HCG and ultrascan on 22/09, 25/09, 28/09, 1/10 (D4,D7,D10 & D13 of OR)

7) blood test on 03/10
-> b-HCG=24 (BFN)
